Pilot Program Begins Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at 3pm PT

Release both mental and physical weight with our transformational MenoWell Method. Curated by experts in midlife nutrition, weight loss, and mindset, this program is designed to end your frustration and lift your outlook. Using cutting-edge techniques, the MenoWell Method creates lasting change without adding more to-dos or overwhelm you.

Midlife and beyond should be easy and enjoyable in a body that you love. In a nutshell, in 8 short weeks, the MenoWell Method will show you how to own your power and reclaim your inner (and outer) midlife badassery!

Participants will discover and implement transformational, yet simple, everyday tools to confidently and successfully:

  • Navigate optimal midlife nutrition and decrease the impact of menopause weight gain with our proprietary MenoWell Method Eating Freedom Protocol (and yes, you can absolutely eat carbs!)
  • Deal with stress and the health aftereffects
  • Improve your mood naturally
  • Get a better night’s sleep, consistently!
  • Feel connected, relaxed, and empowered during menopause, and more
  • Bonus Mastering Menopause workshop with MenoWell's in-house menopause expert, Dr. LaReesa Ferdinand

The group-based program is structured and practical with weekly guidance and tools. Each module will be shared via Zoom, with an open Q&A session immediately following. And if the Q&A goes longer, we'll stay until everyone is complete. The MenoWell Method is a "high-touch" program because we don't need more information, we need the shortest path to our goals with expert advice and support to get there!

Dates, Times, & Location

The Pilot program will run for 8 weeks taught on Zoom weekly on Tuesdays, September 3rd  through October 29th (includes one implementation week), from 3:00-4:30 pm Pacific Time. All sessions will be recorded.

Meet Your MenoWell Method Coaches

Barbara Sobel, Clinical Nutritionist, MS, CNS, LDN 

Barbara Sobel, MS, CNS, LDN is a clinical nutritionist using the functional medicine approach.  She practices in the San Francisco Bay area and was voted "Best Nutritionist in Marin 2024".  Barbara’s extensive training and clinical experience includes:

  • Masters of Science in Nutrition & Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health
  • Advanced post-graduate training with the Institute of Functional Medicine with a concentration on treating clients with complex, chronic conditions. She is trained to use a comprehensive set of interventions including therapeutic diets, nutritional supplements, botanicals, lifestyle, exercise, sleep, and stress-management techniques. 
  • In addition to working with clients in her own practice, Barbara works as a nutritionist at a specialized functional medicine practice delivering personalized medical care to those with complicated conditions. Barbara worked closely with the practitioner team to translate their recommendations into workable, sustainable changes that lead to optimal wellness for patients.

Julie Gordon White, CEO MenoWell, Master Coach & Certified Nutritionist (9/2024)

Prior to founding MenoWell, Julie coached women entrepreneurs on how to grow million dollar businesses for over 10 years. During her coaching conversations, she guided her clients to success with mindset tools and frameworks to breakthrough the beliefs that hold us back from achieving our dreams, both financially and physically. 

As Julie embarked on her menopausal weight loss journey, she leveraged those same tools to shift her beliefs from frustrated and fearful to optimistic and powerful. That mindset reset, along with a better way of eating and moving were instrumental in her losing 12 pounds and 10% body fat at the peak of her menopausal transition when previously nothing had worked or was maintainable.  

With Julie's newfound passion for nutrition and health for midlife women when starting MenoWell, she began shadowing Barb Sobel and feverishly researching all things related to nutrition and fitness for women over 50. Julie will formalize her years of self-taught training by completing her Certified Nutritionist coursework in September - because she believes you're never too old to achieve new dreams!
