The Super Woman Smoothie

Super Woman Smoothie Recipe:

MAKES ABOUT 2 CUPS

1 cup water

1⁄2 cup milk of choice or more water

2 raw Brazil nuts

4 dates, pitted

1⁄2 frozen banana

1⁄2 cup blueberries

1⁄2 cup packed spinach or kale

1 tablespoon raw tahini

1 tablespoon cacao nibs or 1⁄2 tablespoon cacao powder

1 teaspoon maca powder

1 tablespoon hemp seeds

1 teaspoon coconut oil or avocado oil, or 1 heaping tablespoon of fresh avocado

One 2-inch chunk of cucumber, peeled if not organic (optional) 1 to 2 tablespoons collagen powder (optional)
Liquid stevia, to taste (optional; I use 5 drops)

Directions:

1. Add all of the ingredients except for the collagen and stevia and blend until smooth; it will take some time for the blender to get through some of these ingredients.

2. Add the collagen, if using, and blend it in briefly. Taste and add stevia if desired.
