Meno Morning Chia Delight

  • 2 Tbsp of Chia Seeds
  • ½ Cup of Warm Water
  • 1 Tbsp of Honey
  • Splash of Coconut Milk
  • 2 Generous Spoonfuls of Greek Yogurt
  • Fresh Berries
  • 1 MenoWell Bar (Fresh Blueberry Lemon)
  • 2 Scoops of MenoLabs Goddess Glow Beauty Collagen
  • 1 tsp of MenoLabs Happy Fiber


  1. In a cup, bowl, or mason jar, combine Chia Seeds + Warm Water + Honey + MenoLabs Goddess Glow Beauty Collagen + MenoLabs Happy Fiber
  2. Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes
  3. Add splash of coconut milk
  4. Cover mixture and set in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight
  5. Remove mixture from the fridge and add 2 Generous Spoonfuls of Greek Yogurt on top
  6. Cut up MenoWell Bar to create a crumble and sprinkle on top of the Greek Yogurt
  7. Top with Fresh Berries of your choice and enjoy for breakfast or anytime as a sweet treat!
