Bossa Breakfast Squares

This is a super fast breakfast when you need just a little bit more than a Bossa Bar, but don’t want to feel overly full.
Ingredients:

1 Double Decadent Chocolate Bossa Bar

Several spoons of ricotta cheese, vegan ricotta, Greek yogurt, or vegan yogurt 

8 raspberries, blueberries, or tangerine sections
Directions:
  1. Cut the Bossa Bar into 8 bite-sized pieces
  2. Top with a dollop of ricotta cheese or yogurt. We used Kite Hill vegan ricotta cheese.
  3. Optional — add lemon zest or a sprinkle of cinnamon, ginger powder, or pumpkin pie spice
  4. Top with fruit and enjoy
